"Over the past four years, the UK market for chocolate and sugar and confectionery has seen sales increase in value by an estimated 10 per cent to £4.83 billion (Key Note - Confectionery 2010). The report shows that chocolate remains the largest of the two main sectors and also showed the highest growth over the period."
