We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. The Sales Admin Executive will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales Operations and Finance teams by conducting contract reviews, analyzing and organizing sales data, as well as providing insights to optimize operational performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes, excellent data management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

What You Will Be Doing:

Contract Review and Processing:

  • Review sales contracts and agreements globally to ensure accuracy and compliance with Finance company policies and procedures.
  • Identify discrepancies, errors, or potential risks in contracts and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders for resolution.
  • Collaborate with our legal department to ensure contract terms and conditions are appropriate.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider commercial team.
  • Accurately maintain, audit, and reconcile the database of contract information within CRM and internal tracking systems.

Who We Are Looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, related field, or qualified by relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in sales analysis, contract administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce. Certification in Salesforce is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey audit findings to peers and management.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of data management accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the Subscription Sales or SaaS industry is a plus.
